Obituary of Clara Verch
Waconia Patriot - November 7, 1975

"Mrs. Clara Verch, 77, of Waconia died at her home on Thursday, October 30. She was born on September 26, 1898 in St. Paul to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ohland (nee Hannah Stender). She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1961.

Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 1, at Trinity Lutheran Church of Waconia. Rev. John W. Stehr officiated and interment was at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery of Benton. a chapel service was held at 8 p.m., Friday, October 31 at the yetzer Funeral Home in Waconia.

She is survived by sisters; Clare Edberg of East Union; Mrs. Arthur Eggeraglues of Glencoe; brothers: George of Tonka Bay; Walter of Hopkins, Elmer of Emily and Wilmer of Minneapolis.

Casketbearers: Greg and Harland Ohland, Bruce Stack, Erroll Stai, Maynard and Wayne Eggeraglues."
