Fill in as much information as you can and then click on the "submit" button at the bottom of this page. The information will be automatically emailed to me (Scott Kampen) and then I will update the family tree information as soon as possible.

You do not need to fill in all the fields below. If you would prefer to just email the information to me, please do so at scottkampen@aol.com

Example: If you are a parent and want to enter in information about you and your children, then you would either be the Father or the Mother and you would enter your information accordingly. If you are entering information about someone else; let's say your parents, then they would either be the Father or Mother and you would enter in their children, which would include you as a child. Additionally, if you want to enter in information about your child who has children (your grandchildren), then your child would either be the Father or Mother and their children would be listed as the children.
